My Path to becoming a certified Health Coach
As I pursued my second master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner, I found myself in the depths of burnout—constantly overwhelmed and stretched too thin. I realized that the traditional healthcare model, with its short, rushed appointments, wasn’t giving people the time or support they truly needed to thrive. This experience sparked a deep shift in my own life and fueled my desire to make a greater impact.
That’s why I became a health coach—dedicated to helping busy individuals make practical, sustainable changes to improve their health and well-being. Having made serious shifts in my own life to overcome burnout, I now help others do the same, so they don’t feel overwhelmed or stuck in the hustle.
