Following Through on Your Summer Intentions

Updated: Oct 11

Summer may be nearly half over but it’s not too late to follow through with your summer intentions.

Embrace your passions and pursue the activities that truly nourish your soul!

Helpful tips:

  1. Prioritize Your Goals: Take a moment to revisit your initial summer intentions and prioritize the ones that are most important to you. Focus on a few key goals to avoid feeling overwhelmed.

  2. Create a Schedule: Plan out the remaining weeks of summer, allocating time for each goal or activity. Having a schedule will help you stay organized and ensure you make time for the things that matter to you.

  3. Stay Flexible: While having a schedule is helpful, also be open to spontaneous opportunities and activities. Sometimes the best moments come from unplanned experiences.

  4. Set Realistic Expectations: Be realistic about what you can achieve in the time remaining. It's better to make steady progress than to rush through things and not enjoy the process.

  5. Be Grateful: Take a moment to appreciate the positive experiences you've had so far this summer. Gratitude can help you maintain a positive outlook and keep you motivated.

  6. Extend the Spirit of Summer: Even when the season ends, continue to carry the enthusiasm and mindset of summer throughout the year. Embrace a proactive approach to fulfilling your intentions, regardless of the time of year.

Remember, the journey is just as important as the destination.

Embrace the process and enjoy the moments that fill your cup, regardless of whether they were part of your initial intentions or unexpected surprises along the way.

Happy summer! 🌿☀️
